visceralrebellion in reply to A Smith 5 hours ago A company called CGI out of Montreal was contracted to do the website/front end. They got the contract in December 2011. While the feds didn't build it, they DID give the go-ahead to go live with it. My guess is, CGI warned them computer it wasn't ready for prime time and the feds refused to listen because to them, it's about politics. I have no doubt that CGI is freaking out over the serious negative public exposure. Anyway, there are a few articles out there listig CGI as the exchange website developers.
